Tampa Mountain is one of the symbols of the city of Brasov.

With a height of 960 meters, it is the perfect choice to spend a few hours on a warm summer day. An easy hike of an hour and a half will take you to the top of the mountain from where you can admire the city of Brasov. The first citadel of Brasov was built on this mountain, but it was destroyed in the Middle Ages. Another attraction of Brasov is a cable car ride on Mount Tampa.
