TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A PRIVATE TOUR

- in order to book your private tour, you must pay a  deposit  of total tour tariff. We'll use this advance to secure your dates, to book the best accommodations and to take care of all other elements of the tour. The remaining amount of the whole tariff will be payed via bank transfer with at least one week before tour starts or in cash on the first day, on your arrival in Romania. We accept U.S. Dollars, Euros, Romanian Lei or British Pounds. You will recive an invoice for the amount payed.

- a tour is booked when you receive written confirmation from us by email with all details of your private tour - name of the tour, tariff, dates, number of persons, itinerary.
- you are advised to book your private tour with as much time before. In this way, we can assure you the best accommodations possible.

CANCELATION POLICY
- if you decide to cancel your reservation, your advance paid, will not be refunded. REASON: we'll secure your dates of the tour and we'll refuse other requests on your dates.
- if your arrival dates changes and you notify us at least 2 weeks before, we'll do our best to reorganize your entire tour, depending on our availability or availability of accommodations.

CASES IN WHICH A TOUR MAY BE CANCELED
- we reserve the right to cancel a tour only in circumstances of force major events such as natural disasters or calamities. In this situation, we'll offer you the opportunity to book the tour in other period or, if you do not want it, we will refund the entire amount paid in advance.
- we take no responsibility if, due to traffic incidents  (accidents, traffic conditions), tour schedule change. We will do our best to fulfill program schedule and itinerary in any situation.

OUR OBLIGATIONS
-if some turist atractions are closed, we'll refunde you the entrance tickets
-to provide transportation and accommodations exactly as described in the program
-to be at your disposal for the entire duration of  the tour

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
- to pay the remaining amount of money on the first day of your arrival in Romania
- if you travel with luggage of extra size or shape, please contact us right after booking.
- you have to respect Romanian law and public order
