We will travel again! We will enjoy life again!

2020 is without a doubt a terrible year for everybody. Especially for avid travellers. Covid-19 pandemic shut down the tourism industry for months and the recovery is slow and uncertain. But, we have to keep our hope and faith and to start making plans for travelling again.

Travelling will not be the same as it was before the Coronavirus pandemic. We at Touring Romania Private Guided Tours travel company took all precautions and all necessary measures to provide a safe way of doing our tours. For a better travel experience for our guests we bought a new 8 seats coach. We offer a bigger space and we do every day disinfection. We provide masks and hand sanitiser. Our guide follows all precautions in order to keep you safe and relaxed. Your safety is our Top Priority!

We now focus on "off the beaten paths" type of private tours. We avoid big crowds and we go for nature experiences. We also choose smaller accommodations, boutique hotels or small pensions.

Best places in Romania for safe travels are Transylvania, Danube Delta, Maramures and Bucovina. In all these places you will be safe and we know how to adapt the tour in such a way to offer you a pleasant and relaxed time.

In Transylvania we'll show you the remote Saxon Villages, a fabulous heritage left by the germans. In Maramures, in the north-western part of Romania, you will get the chance to admire gorgeous landscapes, an old way of life and meet the friendliest people of Romania. Bucovina, in the north-eastern part of the country, will reveal the spirituality of our people. Danube Delta is a great travel destination in Romania because of the vast wild area. Hundreds of lakes and canals, hundreds of bird species and animals. Danube Delta is a top wildlife destination in Europe, especially for bird watching and wildlife photography.

All over Romania, we know the best locations and people in order to provide a genuine and charming experience for you. A highlight while travelling in Romania is to have lunch or dinner at a local family, at a local farm in the countryside. We know the best locations for doing this.

The countryside of Romania is so rich and, especially in Maramures, locals still practice an old traditional way of farming. They still use old tools for farming and you will get the chance to work the fields with them, to make haystacks or to attend the activities at a sheep station in the mountains.
