One day we hope to return to Romania

My wife and I booked various private day tours with this company on the strength of recommendations on Tripadvisor. Bookings were made direct with the owner of the company George Trandafir by e-mail prior to our departure for Romania. All e-mails and questions received a prompt response.
Our tours, which are described on the website http://www.touringromania.com in detail, were mainly in Transylvania, but also we had a half day tour of Bucharest. Nothing was rushed and we saw everything on the itineraries and much more besides.
Although, as can be seen from my reviews on Tripadvisor, I have travelled extensively all over the world I can truly say that we have never had a better guide than George. He was totally reliable, flexible, knowledgeable, honest and caring, and all in all a very nice person. He was also a very good and safe driver and as his spoken English was fluent there was absolutely no difficulty in communication. The price charged in my view was very fair too.
One day we hope to return to Romania, as we feel there is so much more to see, and if we do we will definitely use his services again, which we considered to be outstanding.

I don't give out recommendations lightly, but in this case I can highly recommend George and his company!
