OUTSTANDING!

Touring Romania with George was once in a lifetime experience.

Out trip started not so well where our flight on Budapest was late and we missed our connection in Bucharest. I called George and he calmed me down and said don't worry i will be here when you arrive. That meant he had to wait for 8 hours at the airport.
Next day we started visiting Painted Monasteries. (main reason we came to Romania) George is extremely knowledgeable about Painted Monasteries and every where else we went in Romania. He constantly reminded us that this was our private tour and he would suggest but do what we wanted. We traveled 1000km with him throughout Romania ending in Bucharest. it was a 11 day trip. George gave us history, took us to great restaurants. Some hotels did not have elevators . Without asking, George helped us with the luggage to our room. Incredible service. In Bucharest he went above and beyond the itinerary to show us everything we wanted to see. He has personal knowledge of revolution in 1989 when he was 12 years old. He organized everything so that we were efficient in use of time. We never felt rushed anywhere. We hared our family details and soon felt that we were friends.
We have traveled to 64 countries and George was one of the best if not he best tour guide and tour companies we have experienced.
