Romania is a surprise at every corner. The Romanian people are warm and welcoming.

I had many meals in the homes of locals because our guide took time to get to know what's possible. And nothing takes the place of a local guide. George from Touring Romania, was phenomenal. His passion for his country and deep knowledge of history and culture provided experiences I could never had done traveling independently. And those who know me, know that's my preferred way to go. On this trip I adopted the motto: "Let go and let George." He never disappointed.
