George took care of all the details such that I could sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery

I have travelled to over 30 countries, however, Romania was the first time I hired a private guide. George took care of all the details such that I could sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery without worrying about getting from point A to B. I especially enjoyed our visit to Viscri Saxon Village and fortified church. He was able to provide some context about the village, the church and the woman who managed it. And, we did a walk around the village which was great and I had as much time as I liked to take photos of all the chickens, ducks, horses, wagons, etc. It was a scenic place and I don't recall the drive to/from Sighsoara to be that long. Of course, that is easily said when you have a driver you feel comfortable with vs. being on a crowded bus or figuring out a train schedule. I highly recommend George and he's very attentive to his guest and has a lot of patience (ie. he and I emailed back and forth for months).
