Authentic Romanian experience

George, Touring Romania, provided us with an amazing experience into the village life of Maramures. Our tour was like going back in time seeing the horse and cart carrying the freshly cut grass, the flock of sheep grazing on the hills with the shepherd and his dogs, an elderly couple working together in the field cutting and raking the grass, visiting the old wooden churches, sharing a sumptuous home cooked traditional meal, riding on the steam train up the Vaser Valley. Driving through the country side and villages was inspirational. George had planned activities to fill the day but was always happy to stop whenever we wanted to investigate something in detail. I can recommend George for a tour in Romania which will be truely memorable as mine was. Thank you George.
