As a boutique tour company, we have the chance to work with many wonderful guides all over the world. Many who show passion and caring, something we feel is the two most important qualities of a great guide. George with Touring Romania is that sort of guide, one that after awhile you feel like you are traveling with a local friend, and not someone who was hired for the day and working from a script.

George showed our group of 16 the best of Transylvania which included visits to the famous Bran Castle, Peles and even a not to be missed lunch on a local farm with all the sounds of a rural Romanian village.

He was always there to answer questions and did everything he could to make travel as smooth as possible, never feeling rushed. He could have easily left early at the end but even stayed for dinner to share experiences and fun with the group.
