Come with us on a Private Guided Tour in Romania!

Spring has come and the travel season in Romania is in full power. May is practically the beginning of the tourist season in Romania when the weather starts to be very pleasant. The days are long, the temperatures are pleasant and it is not crowded.

Touring Romania has already conducted several private guided tours for guests from the United States, Canada, Great Britain or Germany.

One of the most impressive experiences a tourist can have visiting Romania is to spend Easter in Maramures, the northern part of Transylvania. Four guests from the United States enjoyed the traditions kept in Maramures during the three days of Easter. They took part in preparing food for Easter, painted eggs, and attended  church service.

A private tour in Romania is not complete without visiting Transylvania. Brasov, Sibiu and Sighisoara are places that talk about the history of the Saxons in Transylvania. We visited fortified churches, fortresses and medieval towns. In Brasov, we had the chance to participate at "Junii Brasovului" , the most important local traditional celebration.
